Government Hypocrisy – Is it a person or not?

So guess what counts as a person according to the federal government? According to “CoverageforAll.org”, which is a group founded to help educate people on what health care coverages they are eligible to receive, when determining how many PERSONS live in your home you can count a pregnant woman as 2. In other words, the federal government allows you to count the unborn child as part of your household so that you can determine how far under/over the poverty line you are. The benefit levels of many low-income assistance programs are based on these poverty guidelines. Find your family size and monthly or yearly income below to determine your FPL percentage category. Note: Pregnant women count as two people for the purpose of this chart.”

Excuse me? How is it that they can count the unborn as a person in the household, but still pay for an abortion if the mother wants to kill that child? I mean, is it a person or not? You can’t (or at least shouldn’t) have it both ways. Essentially what this means is that the government is willing to pay for parents to murder their child, a genuine person according to the Dept. of Health and Human Services, as long as that person isn’t born yet.

What a day in which we live, when the Government that rules us tries to justify and provide for the murder of its own citizens. How long until they start trying to murder those of us that are born already? Maybe we should ask the family of Terry Schiavo?
